There is an uneven amount of axle coming out of each side of my front hub. Is there some way for me to make it even? (bring the longer side through to put more on the side that is shorter)? Or will I need to replace it entirely? Thanks

Easiest fix... which ever side is longer, just put a spacer between the hub and fork. I have an old school speedo and it offsets my front wheel, but its not a big deal, haven't noticed any wobble.
Best Fix... You can unscrew the hub(the two inner retaining nuts) and adjust the axle if you need to. Just use two wrenches to break both nuts loose at the same time. Then adjust the screw axle by... well screwing it towards the side that is short, then tighten it all back down. I've had to do it so both my retaining bolts would screw on. Good Luck!
