Okay I haven't ever posted on this site but I have done more than my fair share of reading and I'm stumped!! I have tried everything and it acts like it won't get fuel at higher end will not go above 19 mph I've tried adjusting the carb made new gaskets tried multiple known working carbs/plugs out of other builds tried new magnito and coil has basically been rebuilt all but the bottom end i blew the head up a while back but got a new one and at that time made all new gaskets and got it to run at top end speed for a while but then it just stopped. any suggestions on what it may be bicycle used to go 32 mph and would open up just fine now it starts easy but at 19 mph or so it just stays there and hesitates and wont open up...

I tried exaust as well I custom made a pipe that has no baffles and also tried using stock pipe today with and without baffles with same result.
Do a compression test or pull the jug and check for cylinder or ring damage.
Check the air filter too.
