any website that sells Gokart parts will have the needed parts for a jackshaft
to give sizes we will need lots more info
planned top speed
motor being used
clutch style being used
max motor rpm
rear wheel size
how you plan to hook up the power to the rear wheel belt or chain

the predator engine should be all you need for power those suckers run good

i do not suggest using a bicycle hub as the bearing for your jackshaft, it wont be as strong as a beefyer bearing setup. unless of course if its a internally geared hub, then be VERY CARFULL when shifting gears because the torque from then engine will ruin the delacate gears inside.

also i love the mighty boosh, pity they stopped on 3 seasons

good luck!

try to get the cylinder to point foreward instead of backward lol

If I use chain. Can someone tell me what sprockets, jackshaft and or tc to buy. This has been my biggest problem I'm not real smart on these ratios. If some one could list where and what to get that help me.
