I have built 2 of these bikes and they are both great bikes! The one thing that did to these bikes is I used the front T mount for the mount. I drilled the hole in the front of the frame and then inserted a tube in the hole and welded it in place. Ground the surfaces smooth and then bolted it all up. Works perfect and no problems with no frame cracking. Just make sure you put the rear sprocket on backwards to push the teeth as far from the tire as you can and it should never rub like that. A lot of the kits tell you to mount them with the shiny side out but that is wrong on the fat tires. Been there,done that. Don`t work that way.
