i got one on my occ not chrome,notice they say not availible,i found mine on ebay nos.good luck finding one ive been looking for another myself for another build with no luck.

i upgraded throtle asembly/kill switch carb/filter and clutch lever.the stock parts seemed realy cheap.also changed motor drive sprocket to handle the 41 chain i picked up from tractor supply, need only finish mounting 4 litre tank and shes ready.

no matter who you buy an enine kit from, it's a gamble.
they are all made in China under the same assembly guidelines.
the vendors are just drop shippers, not the manufacturers of these engine kits.

And don't buy a "chromed" engine...they hold more heat then a black, and black holds more then a unpainted.

i was under the impression that black is the best colour for dispersing heat, thats why the back of fridges on the condenser coil and compressor and evaporator are matt black. but yes chrome holds so much heat.

You can buy a similar engine for less money from any of several sellers on ebay, or look to the margins of this page for sellers.

These engine kits are all about the same, no matter who you get them from.
