So there was this little kids wind up flashlight. I found that it would mount perfectly to my bars and looks kind of like a horn. Bright red though. I hacksawed it apart, and pulled the circutry, my goal being to see what LED's it sports. Tiny little dim ones it seems. So I discarded everything but the shell, lens, and reflector/led housing. I then painted the shell chrome color. It looks awesome now, but I need some bulbs to put in. The beam concentration is perfect for a headlight. About 10ft circle at 30ish feet.

I found these at electronic goldmine: Brilliant White 265,000MCD 10mm LED-The Electronic Goldmine
By my calculations with a 27 ohm resistor and a small diode, this bulb will pull 1 watt at 3.4 volts for 3 bulbs. Can a 66 HT motor take this kind of load without cutting ignition? I have no clue of the capacity of the magneto for power...
Also, don't know if this matters, but my magneto is the old GT5 style with 6 holes.
