It is $20 now but they will accept $19 and still send your plate and ID.

The DMV website still says $18? so they probably have to take that too
if you want to save a couple of bucks and give it to the man.

Most of the 2 stroke China kit motors have no serial number so we have
been using the bikes "Vin" number with a E in front of it to register them.

engine case.
