As long as its a V-frame it can be done,,as for controls i never did a 10 speed,,I was looking at one and thought I would either cut the ram horns off the bars and mount controls then the bars may be too short for good control,,so you may have to put a nice set of mountain bike bars on it from a junker. As for the back wheel,,as long as its 36 spoke the rag joint should work great there,,may also need to move the motor up a little on the seat post to keep the front derail-er intact,,other than that make sure you don't get the motor with an oversize front mount and you should be good to go...

If it is a 10-speed bike... like with 1 1/8- 1 1/4" tires???? that kinda bike, with rams-horn handlebars???

I would say probably not the best choice.
Heavy frame and fat tires, front suspension fork & large seat, best for motorized bicycle.
IMO.

But do what you can, with what you got to work with!

Have fun!!!
