Ok so the pin in the center of the front sprocket is giving me problems. I just installed a better chain because the stock chain that came with the kit broke. Got the chain installed and I was putting the front sprocket cover on i inserted the pin into the hole and it just falls in. My clutch lever cant reach the pin because it fell deep in the hole.

Sounds like you lost the single ball bearing that goes in before the shaft.

Home depot may have them or lowes . If you can find a used ball bearing maybe at a machine shop tear it apart and use one of the balls. I think around 0.300 is close to the right size. any steel ball that will fit in the hole should work.

you should be able to find a dead ball bearing at any machine shop I expect a bb would get you by until you find the proper size, I haven't tried one, so you might have a problem adjusting the clutch if it would work?
