Not being critical just advising, but your engine drive chain is very loose. You want 1/2" to 3/4" of slack. More or less can cause you problems.
Have you tried running without the chain tensioner? It appears you would have no frame clearance issues that would require the tensioner. Your pedal chain tension is already taken care of by he derailer. You'll need to shorten the chain but running without the tensioner is a better option.

Thanks 2door took the pic right after i finished took out 3 links later and its way better now. Thanks for the advice on running without the tensioner I thought I might be able to and actually was gonna ask about it soon. Seems kinda useless on this ride everything fits great. Probly look at removing it when I get the new head gasket replaced. See my intro thread regarding that.dnut

Looks like you'll have a nice ride there.

One of my earlier builds was on a mountain bike frame. And it was a comfortable bike.

I might well do it again some day.
