I want one of those spiffy CNC heads, but, I keep thinking of a quote I believe I,ve seen here. It goes something like 'if it's not broke mess with long enough and it will be.'

That quote was from the signature line of one of the oldest members here, BikeGuy Joe.
And it says a lot. "If its running good, don't mess with it."
Replacing known good parts just for appearance sake isn't the best approach. If you're looking for performance gains, that's one thing, but changing heads just because another is "spiffy" wouldn't be my advice.
Ride it and enjoy it. 9 out 10 people who see your bike wouldn't notice the difference anyway.
