do i have a majore intake leak.no matter what i do with carb my spark plug is bone dry.i have 120psi compression

First remove fuel line to the carburetor, open petcock, and check for fuel flow. May have trash in the in tank screen.
Next, check that all internal carburetor parts are in place and tight. While the bowl is off, take a tube, insert it on the fuel intake of the carburetor, and blow through it. Even if you have a vacuum leak the cylinder should be drawing fuel.

i have gas to carb.i dont seem to have much draw from intake,could this be caused by air leak in crankcase?
Gas may not be getting through carb.if it wont run,plug is dry and compression is 120 psi,then its not getting gas.the float could be stuck or the main jet could have a piece of dirt in it.if you didnt flush the tank before you installed and filled it,then that will most likely be the cause.
Shut off the fuel petcock and remove the float bowl from the carburetor. It should be full of fuel. If not remove the fuel line from the carb and blow into it. The float (needle) valve might be stuck or clogged.

Its always a good idea to take apart these engines before running for the first time because they are not always put together well. If you are a person who is good with mechanical things, take it apart! Its fun to see what's inside engines. People have found cigarette butts before... who knows what you might find. But for the no fuel problem, just take off the bottom of the carb to see if fuel is getting in there. If not then then the float needle is stuck, or there is something clogging the system. If there is fuel in the carb but not in the engine, then the jet may be blocked. The jet is the brass screw with a hole in it, and it is in the bottom of the carb. If none of that works, then maybe some pictures would help us help you.
Wait! wait! wait!....what carburetor do you have?????? If you don't know take a picture. If you cant I have some. But one on your bike would be best, You might have the fuel intake wrong on the carburetor.
Especially @ 120psi! Isn't that kinda high for these things? We are talking a china made two stroke right? With about 5.5:1 compression ratio?
120 is on the LOW side. A 50cc, 60cc, 80cc, 100cc, should be able to squeeze out a reading of 120-190 PSI (MSL).

true al, if he has a cns, he may have the fuel line hooked up to the wrong port on the carb.
