Hi, I live in Ontario, Canada. I've called my insurance company, the ministry of transportation, looked in the motorcycle handbook, and I can't get a straight answer. Do I need a class M license to use this bicycle? I've heard you don't if it has pedals, i've heard you always need one, and i've heard that you only need one if it is gas (which seems totally ridiculous to me, as electric can have more power than a gas machine) Does anyone live in this area that can give me a straight answer?
