Re: Is a 4 wheel MB still a MBicycle by law?

You blow by the guys on mopeds?
My friend, over 30mph classifies you as a motorcycle..
And people wonder why legislature has so many specifics in their laws...
Because of people taking advantage of the system....
The first time a cop sees you doing 40mph on a bike, I have a strange feeling, he's gonna be a little bit more than curious..

When relative traffic is doing 45+ MPH, 30 or 40 doesn't even raise an eyebrow, plus my bike is very low. I'm not an easy target to track in traffic. In LA, riding slow on a major city street can get you run over from behind. "Maneuvering Speed" is, and always shall be your friend (as long as your bike can handle it).

My speed varies wildly depending on road and traffic conditions. It has to, cause my life depends on it. LOL
My average speed is up to about 25 mph now, according to my Cycle Analyst.
