Hey whizzer guys, I dont know much about whizzers, but I came accross this in my local craigslist, they say they dont know much about it and cant find another just like it. Its a 48 schwinn excelsior and it has a bunch of what looks like vintage add-ons, lights and what not, the first thing that came to my mind was whizzer, I know whizzer used excelsiors, let me know if you think it may have been, thanks!
