Can I flip the cylinder head?

Flipping the head won't do that. Flipping the cylinder jug will. You'll also have to rotate the piston and do a little port work.

Norman was the first to do this. there are a few out there. Bairdco and mine are others . Its not that hard to do if your mech inclined and have a dremel tool to do the port matching on the case.They are a little harder to start after this mod. but the results in the way they run are noticeable.You will probably have to make your own intake too.
