I have a pretty new build called The Black OX. It is using a 49 cc HS motor with the 4g t3 drive with a cent. clutch. I have a couple of little problems. One is that the center bolt through the clutch bell and into the motor shaft. That is a 1/4 28 cap screw with a lock washer' washer, steel spacer all through a bronze bushing that spins on the shaft and through the bell. I do use lock tight on it but have trouble keeping it tight. The second problem is the clutch engagement. It feels to me as though the clutch is not fully engaged until I am going pretty fast. (if it was a racing car I would say I need to change the stall speed) It smoothes out at about 20 mph but before that feels like the cent. clutch is not fully engaged the bike vibrates and is rough 20 and above this is a nice ride. I would like a smooth ride at 10 and above. The bike is too fast maybe lowering the gearing is the answer.
