running rich or lean??

I think the dellorto carbs, the smaller ones for our engines, just use jets to adjust fuel/air mix. You have to swap out the jet.

The carb should be level, but without knowing how much it tilts there's no way to tell.

Was the bike running perfectly before the new carb?

Best to give a full rundown of the engine so we can diagnose. And photos would help.
