I read some where on the internet that people are using the Zenoah G62 on bicycles.
Now while this is a model airplane engine I am very interest in this as I have a G62.
I am no longer using it on any of my planes as today's model airplane engines are much lighter and run electronic IGN. So it's just been setting.
What kind of clutch set up and mounting is being done.
The G62 has a 4 bolt rear mount set up.

The G62 is an engine I had considered using as an motorized bicycle powerplant. It has excellent hp and torque and uses regular gas.

HOWEVER, there were no provisions for the common 76mm clutch.
Necessity is the mother of invention, so a bellhousing and all the stuff needed to install a clutch was invented and offered to the public.
AFAIK, only mopedders and no bicyclists I've heard of have jumped on converting the G62 with the invented clutch attachment.
Sadly, it is an EXTREMELY expensive option.:-||

The last link shows that the G62 shares the same exhaust port arrangement as the CY460 engine.
I know for a fact that the SBP high performance pipe is a PERFECT match for the 460.
Therefore, the SBP pipe SHOULD bolt directly onto the SKOPOD G62 engine.
What does this bit of information mean?
A previous link stated that fd600 tuned pipe fits the G62 and is available.
However, I've searched and found no such pipe.
Annnnd, besides fitting very well and producing excellent power, this SBP pipe quieted down my loud 460 engine VERY well.
The 460 became so quiet, I swear I could hear the piston ring scraping the cylinder at idle speed!

Hopefully, it will be as effective with the G62 engine.
