There are lots of views on how to adjust a Morini clutch. I PM'ed you my setup. I run 45 tooth rear and I like a bike that ride across a wide range of RPM's and not just an on/off switch for a throttle.

Can read my thread I put hours of study into making my bike have perfect power and all around driveability. I can cruise as slow as 5 miles an hour now going up a small incline or lay into and simply rip. I have absolutely no on off switch problems as I suspect? Others are having? There are two washer stacks I went by my last washer stack is listed.. Never mind my carb tuning I live at a very high altitude.. Important to say my top speed is about 40mph with my stack it is a flawless match for me.(^) http://motorbicycling.com/showthread.php?t=28531
