thanks crassius. well the bike is going brilliantly now, fast, easy 40mph don,t do that often though, has to be in still air mostly, then it realy flys. now using new engine and carb, had 2 broken spokes in rear, as i have a 72 tooth rear sprocket and larger 10mm bolts, about 5/16 inch had to remove it to do the spokes, refitted it better than before, without wobble, runs true now, used a home made gasket out of a truck inner tube, so the sprocket is hard up against the spokes, can recomend this method if you want an easier setting up method, also gives more clearance to the frame and tyre, which is why i had to do it in the first place, a 72tooth sprocket does not give you much clearance. with a 16 tooth p.t.o sprocket, thats about 4.68 to 1. needed to climb hills here. also modified the pull starter, to work from the front position so you can start the bike while on the move, made a new brass lead hole, so not to cut the cord. j
