Kits without motor?

I'm planning on buying either a pre-fully modded engine or one of the clone engines.

So is there anywhere that sells parts like clutch,tank,CDI etc in a full kit without the motor to save me some money?

I have seen four stroke HS engine install kits without the engine. I don't remember where.
For a China girl 2 stroke, you might look for a used kit with a non-running engine on craigslist to save a few bucks. You could also possibly contact an engine vendor like one of our sponsors to see if they can sell you a kit sans engine.
