No 66 CC has ever had a cast iron liner.
There were some 48 cc motors with a cast iron sleeve and I still have a messed up one to prove it.
Must be a motovelo ad... 
I've got a whole box of first gen grubee 48cc motor parts. and at least 4 steel sleeved cylinders. i think i got enough stuff to get 2-3 running.
might see a 50cc class racer in my future...

Why has no one built a cylinder swap kit to a nice moped jug?
Surely there is one with better materials and porting that has a close enough stud spacing to fit the china bottom end.. Maybe a adapter plate for the transfers if needed.
Imagine a Dax balanced bottom end with an italian quality ported top end and exhaust!

Hey Bairdco thats really cool. I have a 50cc cruiser for my daily ride to school and for hauling stuff around (big basket etc) - would you sell one to me? It would greatly enhance the reliability of my machine... Thanks EthanMust be a motovelo ad...
