I got the tensioner today, and fits perfectly
even better then I thought because from the online picture it only showed one side, my picture shows the other side how its machined to fit exactly where I have it
all I had to do was take out the inside nut and replace it with the tensioner bracket

sadly what I thought was red is more maroon and doesnt match the red on my bike
so either I will strip off the red and leave silver or paint black
Just want to make sure it works correctly first

Installing this has now solved a few issues
Now my tire is perfectly centered not angled
engine chain has a touch more slack, which my kip tensioner will keep it tight
and pedal chain now is tight enough not to pop off and since it has a spring tension too it can handle the many bumps I ride off roading better.

Hopefully im now done working on this bike just need to do a few rides make sure everything holds up
