I know sometimes i get detailed but i like to show how to do the figures rather than just giving the answer.

Rich, I am retired from the Merchant Marine. Could do the math for nav stuff. (is simple 5th grade stuff) Am now old and in school for real estate. The math is killing me!!!!!! lol

Aside from thanks for taking the time you spent, I am finding that if I follow the logic, I get to the why. If I fail the exam, Oh Lord. We are now on the logic of the old world bundle stuff. (I am screeeuwed, that is all. all hands return 2 stations)

You should see the math involved in porting and timing.
wooaaaa. But i got it. Write yourself an excell spreadsheet.
You only need to know the formulas.

I want to share the formula that I came up with to get from RPMs to MPH. It has been modified a little (befor I was using a circumfrance of 7ft now I am using 6.7ft.) This is for a 26in wheel.

All you have to do is plug and chug. You will need to know is your RPMs and your ratio.

A= Motor rpms
B= total ratio from motor to final sprocket
C= rpms at the wheel
D= feet per Min
E= Feet per Hour
F= Mph

A/B=C

Cx6.7=D

Dx60=E

E/5280=F

even I can figure that one out !!!
