After 3 months of tinkering with that CNSv2 carb, and reading every thread available on this and other forums, got it to idle great, mid-range good, and WOT BAWWWWGGG.

Swapped it out for a DAX RT, and she cruises to 30 right out of the box, with great idle, ok low end (a little sputtery), good mid-range, and GREAT WOT.

18mph up a steep hill, and I'm 200lbs!

Thanks Dax!

PS: Who'd like to buy a slightly used CNSv2 carb for the 48cc Skyhawk, with Cable for $20 plus shipping? I'll let you finish out the tuning!

Hey there Rod81,

Question, the #75 is stock jet installed.

If I go down to the #70, is that a smaller size (less fuel), or larger (more fuel)?

I've heard these carby's jet #'s are opposite the CNS jet #'s.

Thanks.
