I'm giving some thought to a friction drive gasoline kit. There are bits and pieces of information about them all over the place. Any chance we could find a place to stick it all, so it would be easier to find.

I think it would be a good idea to get a thread started with all the bits and pieces of info in one place.... go for it! I'd add to that thread.

Where to put it is the question. I can't find a spot that it really fits and that's probably why it's so scattered. There is a lot of diy information back when that was all you could get, but now there are kits and information about the kits floating around.

Stick it right above the DIY section. That way if anyone crashes and burns on their DIY projects and still has the weedeater/auger/waterpump engine that has the 76mm clutch, they can get something simple just to get them rolling and put a smile on their face.

I rolled to Mc Donalds this morning where I'm at now on my friction drive.
