went to cap cod nat'l seashore last week. beautiful area but too many people,.
Anyway I have a disability. I have handicap parking permit and my golden access card. so I go in to the visitor center and say "hey I am disabled, the only way i can ride the 5 mile bike route to the ocean is with my handicapp assisted bike. am i going to be allowed?" first they said "of course" the another ranger stepped in and said "lemme check". 1/2 later he gets a call and tells me no. ended up have wife drop me off and she took a shuttle with the kids.
Americans with disabilities act should make it allowed, not quite sure tho

If it's gas powered, probably not allowed..
EMAPD (re:electric wheelchair/Segway), yes.
