I have no clue...
I don't understand why people in Florida wouldn't just get an electric bicycle instead of gas, and then you won't have any of these problems..
For about $700 you can take your favorite bicycle and add an electric motor kit to it that will allow you to go 20mph for 40miles...
That should be way more distance than most people would need on a daily basis.
And if not, spend another $100 and get a battery that will get you close to 60miles distance, and if you need even farther than that, go out and buy a real moped or scooter.
(I understand that some people can't get a DL for whatever reason or they don't have the money for an electric bike or some other reasons, but "Them's the breaks").
