I've thought about that mount before, especially for a road bike with a short top tube and to get outta the way pedallin. Looks alright. aerodynamic!

Hey thanks guys - its actually my second build and like you love tweaking on um. Anyway, here's my first build YouTube - jsugar72's Channel

I'm really looking for a bike with a straight bar configuration like my the first build. The only thing that sucks is that the straight bar single speeds sit way to high in relation to the rear wheel - that's just my opinion. As opposed to the beach cruisers which are totally easy to get a low center of gravity. Cheers...
