a lot more information would be helpful.

what stock products are you making?

are you making sprocket adapters in custom sizes?

if not, what sizes are you making?

are sprockets available in any tooth count?

if not, what is available?

prices?

and the basics. contact info, ordering info, etc...

good luck.

I have some questions for Geo... :)

Did you completely take over the 'Manic Mechanic' shop & kick them out?, or did you only take over the name with either Jim or Karen still working there?

Please give a 'yes or no' answer...
Do either Jim or Karen still work for (in any way, shape or form) for the 'Manic Mechanic' company?

Yes George, I'd like a billet aluminum frame to house a 99cc HF Predator. And a couple trick billet hubs would be fantastic......with bolt-on rear sprocket. Put those on my wish list, thanks.

I think it's just a disguise
Your thinking is questionable. :)

I just Priority Mailed a Manic Mechanic Gen II head to George on
Wednesday and it was delivered on Friday.
I can take a pic of the receipt and tracking # if you don't believe me.

Jim aka the Manic Mechanic didn't give George the CNC program to
make the head or a sample so he needed one so George can make the
heads again.

George has a machine shop across the street from where MM used
to have his shop.
Yes, you conspiracy guys George is just who he said he is believe it or not.

So MotorbicycleRacing A.K.A. Neil is blood family related to George too as well as Manic. Wait this is getting confusing. I mean I knew you were related to Jim already. Also the family is right across the street now Aye.

Hey Neil (MBR)... Why are you still defending 'Manic Mechanic' if it's not owned by Jim anymore?

'Geo' is the one posting here offering his parts for sale... So why don't you just let 'Geo' answer all of these questions about his new company?, (& you stay out of it)???

You called me on the phone this morning, & if what you say is true about MM being owned by some new guy named 'George' (who you've never met); you really don't have any reason to keep defending the 'Manic Machanic' shop anymore!
Your actions are making a lot of people wonder if Jim (your friend that you've always defended) is really gone at all?!?

The last I heard was there was going to be a new "Gunsmoke" series. Jim had got the part of Marshall Dillon and Karen is said to be the new Miss Kitty.

Should be a great show.....maybe Neil will be the new Festus? Stay tuned!

Is it going to attach to the hub or the spokes?

I will be making my own solid sprocket mount out of fiberglass. It will be another week till I am able to purchase the materials, but I will take pictures and start a thread on it when I do it. It will be much less expensive than a machined part (cost of materials will be $12 or 13). Why give your money away when you can do it yourself?

Hey, check it out!!
I read that it was under new ownership and jumped at it.
I called George Friday and talked to him about the adapter, he wasn't in the office and he told me to go online and order it.
It is Wed now, and it's here and on my bike.

The only thing is that I have the thick brick tires & coaster brake and need to figure out a way to slide the sprocket out more. To get passed the coaster brake arm.
Does anyone have any ideas?

Bend your brake arm with a piece of pipe. slide it over the arm and push or pull in the direction you want to bend until its bent enough. you dont want the sprocket out in front of the arm, because the arm needs to be held in place on the frame.

I could really use a 44 tooth Nexus 3 Speed adapter. Let me know what you can do.
Most people like a different size sprocket from the standard Chinese kit. Currently we have 40T and 48T sprockets available only. In the future we will have some 44. We do have the 3 post adapters for the Nexus.
