I had a 66/80CC PK80 off Ebay around 2010 or so. IIRC it was 2009 EPA cert. The spark plug blew out compression so I bought the new ( at the time ) slant head, and decided to get a manic mechanic intake.. When I went to install the intake, the bolts broke, and I drilled thru the case. So I bought a new jug, ported it, and then broke 3 sets of rings trying to get it togther since there was a casting ridge and I didn't want to screw up a new jug.. I never did get it togther, but I still have the ported jug, cylinder head and intake..
What new motors can I run these parts on? I still have spare ignition coils also. The bike it's going on is the same one it was on, and is an older 26" roadmaster mountian bike. It used to run 16-18 MPH and never really ran great It 4 stroked a ton. I'd like to see 20-25ish MPH.. Probably going to do an expansion chamber this time too
