I'm not though, I'm just assembling. One of my all time fav summertime "beat the heat" tasty suppers. The classic Italian Sub;

Provolone, genoa, mortadella, ham, tomato, onion and lettuce topped with olive oil, wine vinegar, S&P and the all important oregano on a nice fresh roll.

Excellent! Nice cool tasty supper for those real scorchers - :)

mmmmmmmmmmmmm - that looks good! I'm the same. I HATE eating stuff like Hot Soups in summer (buddy of mine always wants to eat Pho Soup -which I love in WINTER - but not all the time like he does).

Everyone I know eats ice cream all year around too - I refuse to in Winter. Only in summertime for me.

we have been at low 90's for 4 weeks now - and I'm now Acclimated as of last week. so its not so bad now.

I thought you were in San Diego and read that 104 and thought "what the ****" - but now I see you are in the Imperial Valley (Sacramento/Stockton/Medesto/Fresno area/s)

my dad lives in the Sierra Nevada and he told me you fellows got virtually no snow-pack last year.

scary.

water is life ;-/.
