If your rear hub is aluminum(couldnt be sure from the pic) you might what to go steel. I had a 5hp build strip the hub pretty quickly.
Thanks motomagz! I'll post another pictures later, I'm goin to get my clutch machined and weld the springer saddle mount and the engine mount then hopefully I'll start working on the jackshaft! Will keep you posted guys.

Yeah the price of the motor here is nice. Didn't cost me an arm and a leg. It actually cost like 4,000 php or almost $90 and gave me a 500 php ($10) discount after negotiating with the price.
Been busy doing other things so i posted late. my progress on this build is slow. need to double my time working on this bike. just welded the engine mount on the frame. yeah its not one of the best engine mount designs but i just wanted something strong that can hold the engine well in the frame. also welded the seat bracket and the springer saddle mount assembly.
Still needs a lot more cleaning and grinding to do. im gonna buy a grinder tomorrow so i can start working on the bike again. dont mind the handlebars, im gonna put a boardie handlebars there. i just placed it to check how long the handlebar reach would be if it was a cruiser.
