First remove the carb from the engine.
Then open the carb by removing the 2 screws that hold the bottom bowl in place.
In my case the brass jet was not tightened into the screw hole.
It was just a loose piece like the white float is a loose piece.
It should be screwed in place (obvious when you open the carb).
Unfortunately, after running my bike for a while ... now it wont idle or run smooth. It is acting like it is flooding... too rich. So, I still have something else to figure out. My current best guess is that the spark plug is fouled and I need to get an ngk plug.
