415 chain help

Hi so I bought a 415 chain to replace my normal bike chain on my 2 stroke 66 cc motor. but when I install the chain its very stiff on the drive sprocket which is 10 teeth. and the bike doesn't move at all when I try moving the bike:-||

I used a grinder to take the tops off of my motor sprocket and the put a slight bevel on each of the teeth so the 415 chain would roll over them correctly with out binding.
