Yah, I'll bet it's a thrill!

Get out the hacksaw and weld in some more tube... Center of balance is too high, and too far back.

You'll need to do a Tuttle OCC chopper thing to ride that fork.
Get the BB way forward and lower, then skooch the seat forward, lengthen the whole front section... lol easier said than done!

People build a lot of things that are fun looking, but just NOT practical, at all.

It will be a great project to work on.

floppy fronts are a chopper thing , but RC is right an I would go a similar route if it were mine .
btw the seat looks great .

So i got it finished finally.

1941 Westfield
29" front w/ disk brakes
Permanent Side car mount mod
Removable side car (wheelchair modded)
Rear brake bosses added
Original seat redone

I filled all the tubes with expanding foam and almost eliminates vibration. After stripping off all the paint/rust with a wire wheel i really liked the look so i just clear coated and left it with a brushed antique look.
