What is the best way to grind radius into tubing to fit tubing together for welding a frame up? What tool do you use?

What is the best way to bend tubing?

Can you post a picture of how you hold the pieces together on a jig while welding? Or how do you hold the pieces in place if you don't have a jig?

The best way to miter tubing (IHMO) is an ol joint jigger type tool. It uses a holesaw the same size as the tubing that you are joining to. Very little handwork required to fit your joint.
An electricians hand bender does a good job. Do a search on this site for tube bending and you will find a lot of info.
A onetime jig can be made from plywood and blocks.
