Well I am in the process of rebuilding my air compressor after the old old old boy locked up on me .I am putting a new pump on an old tank with a new limit switch . This switch has the bleed off connection built in . My old switch did not have this . The commercial compressor I had at my body shop years ago had some kind of fitting on the tank inlet tube that would allow air to bleed off the compressor heads before the next cycle I can't for the life of me remember what that fitting is, or if it is just called a check valve . and where to get one for a medium size compressor ?
