Are there any cheap-ish made in the USA motor kits?

my 48cc engine is already causing wear and damage to my bike at 30mph and you want to go faster.where are you planning on using the bike,on or off road?
One of the member here is doing a remake of the Chinese engines, correcting the flaws and increasing the horse power. Search for member CreativeEngineering's posts and you'll see what I mean.
