I just picked this bike up. What do you guys think of a 99cc predator for this build. I'm a little reluctant because it's a collector. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

I say, if its a collectible now, a sweet motor like the predator would only increase its value!!!
No offense but there's nothing "collectible" about it. A special paint-scheme doesn't make something collectible. It's still just a Schwinn knock-off like every other cruiser out there and it's made in China like everything else also. In 20 years no one is going to look back at a Felt and think "Damn, I really wish I had one of those." Just treat it like any other bike and have at it.

Imagine how cool it would be to roll up to a bar with that thing thumping away. Better get a naner seat cuz you won't be going home alone!
