I almost put an idler on the chain side once

Instead I opted for a half link and haven't looked back

410 chain would be nice though

Anything stronger than the stock cheese hardened junk is great.

The nice part about chain matching is of course 1 less otherwise useless part and employ it when I can but for customer builds, especially the mechanically challenged customers, a drive side tensioner makes the users job easier. 'Just loosen this bolt and slide the wheel up when the chain is loose' so i try to get it close and put the tensioner on the chainstay where the rim is so if it ever moves it goes into the wheel and not and not the spokes.

You will never see a tensioner on my rides but I have no problem moving a wheel even a coaster brake wheel where you have to loosen the brake are too, then again none of my personal rides ever even have a direct drive chain so rather a moot point ;-}

soo is a 410 chain better then a 415?
