where to find the solex motor kit?

where can i find a solex motor kit like this one?

i live in sweden, meaning that importing from an asian country is the easiest for me 8 times out of 10. (since many us-based sellers dont want to ship do sweden, and if so, the usually charge more than a asian seller would.)
but i just cannot find this motor anywhere.


any tips on where to get a hold of one?
