after you get the stud straightened away and you are remounting the motor,I noticed in the pic that the motor didn't look as if it mounted to the tube correctly,with no side gapping open,I believe (Al Fisherman?sorry if its the wrong guy)a fellow membre shows how to make a proper shim so that the motor fits the frame perfectly and hopefully stops the stresses of the motor twisting even a little and snapping the rear studs the half round cap has to fit with no side or top or bottom play at all,(he may also be the person w/the L braket against the frame from the clutch case bolt to add resistance against chain torque also)
