Huffy Good Vibrations

This is my first motor bike project and I have a Grubee SkyHawk 48cc slant head motor kit and a 1981 Huffy Good Vibrations cruiser. I haven't started yet but I was wondering if there is anyone who has put a 48 on one of those good vibrations cruisers and if so, are there any major problems that I am going to run into with the instal? Are there any parts that I should remove or anything that I will for sure need to modify?
