Well after lurking for about a year or more its time and after seeing alot
of nice builds stupidity finely took over. I was going to build a 49cc thumper
but hey why not do a 99cc!! I have been gathering parts for a few weeks now so here is what I have
to start with.

new 99cc Preditor

1975 Schwinn frame, Changed out rear drop outs so the tire slides in
from the back, made the lower half of the motor mount.

Jackshaft, bought clutch, shaft , gears and collar form Agk, made jackshaft plate and hub. I have mounted a disk brake and Calliper to the jackshaft plate, I hope this works!

Wheels , I have 36 hole rims and hubs, I am waiting for the spokes to
come in.

Well time to go work on the frame, I will try to get pictures up later.

Ok after 1 1/2 hours of trying I think I have the pictures up.

I sanded the crank shaft for about 45 minutes and now the clutch
slides right on. I need 1 more mini hub to mount the rear 22 tooth sprocket
to finish up the jackshaft and it looks like my brake setup will work.
The lower half of the motor mount and the rear drop outs are done, ounce I get the rear wheel laced up I will be able to finish the motor mount and gusset the frame. I hope the Photo bucket link works.

How do you get picture off you desk top and load the picture right on the forum page?

You will probably have to size down the pictures you have. Find what type of file the picture is, and use gimp to resize it. I found out that my camera uses something like 3800-4600 pixels. the limit is 1024-786 or something like that, waaaaay too big. Hope this helps.

HeadTrauma and Scott-os Builds are Sweet!! There are so many nice build
on this site I hope to add to them. The brake system is looking pretty good
so far, I am working on the motor mounts now so I should have this done
by this weekend, Its killing me waiting for parts!!

I used 1/4" cold rolled plate with a gusset on each side, I think it is alittle over kill though now that it is all welded up. I am able to mount the motor with or with out the mounting plate that comes with the engine.
I will have more pictures up this weekend.

Ok weekend fun, Laced front and rear wheels, mocked up bike with fork, wheels, bars and stem, hooked up front and rear brakes and made throttle assemby. I need a longer throttle cable , and make a bushing
for to go behind the clutch and between the rear disk and jackshaft plate.
Boy you gotta love Ace Hardware.

I will have pictures up later today.

I'm not sure how well the rear disk brake is going to work, the clutch will have to disengage before it will work like it should,,,unless I'm missing something.

I don't see any issue with the disc brake working as long as the throttle is chopped. The rear brakes still work without the clutch dis-engaged. Why wouldn't the jackshaft brake work the same? With chopped throttle, the engine is doing some braking too until the clutch dis-engages.
