friction bike motor mounts

Im in the middle of building a friction bike out of a weed eater. And stuck on the mounting process. I seen a few ways to mount them. but what is the best way to mount it. Ps I dont have acsess to welders and etx. Only hand tools and etc. Please help

2 points to attach to, one at the brake mount and one at the rear wheel axle. Try to find some good sized metal plate or angel iron that you can drill and bolt your motor to. The mount made from an axle - u-bolted onto the brake mount attaches to your plate and you can adjust the position before tightening things up.

Do you have tools to cut and drill metal? What model weedeater and what diameter spindle are you using?
