That's funny because I just read about that on the radio this morning but they said it was a drunk on a barstool with a lawn mower engine.
They make bar stools with V8's in them.Saw one in a video once and I'd want 15 beers in me before I even THOUGHT about getting on it.

I was taking a ride around the neighborhood the other night just at sunset. When I passed the park about a block from my house I saw some activity and heard a motor noise. There was a guy riding a motorized barstool. I had to stop. While I was examining the barstool the owner and his two friends were checking out my Jag. We sat and talked for a few minutes and I was offered a chance to ride the stool. Talk about an unstabel vehicle. I didn't flip it but came darn close a couple of times. I feel a lot safer on my two wheels that that top heavy, nearly uncontrolable contraption. It was powered by a go-cart style 4 cycle, maybe 2 or 3 horsepower. The guy said it would do 25 on paved streets. ha ha ha, not with me on it. Scary!
