No ...your just getting smarter. When I see this action I think it's just a matter of time before he cuts it to close and that's it.

That happened once (probably more) in Cleveland on I90 during "rush" hour. It was common for guys on crotch rockets to get tired of waiting in the long line of traffic and go flying up the shoulder. I didn't see much from where I was, but I heard a rice burner revving someplace behind me, but only because I had my window down. Some passenger in a pickup opened his door to spit his chew and we all heard the "WHUMP".
I read later that the biker was hospitalized and, later, didn't make it.
If it were me, I'd really like to not be remembered that way.
