Right now the plan is to get a Alukit 70cc cylinder, high comp head, piston, Mikuni 20mm carb and a high performance exhaust. Should cost about $300.

Then I can use the stock 49cc cylinder, head, piston and carb on the motorbike. I have a pocket bike expansion chamber I'm going to adapt to the motorbike. That would give me a displacement of about 45cc because of the shorter 40mm stroke. This is dependent on the bottom end still being good, if it's bad I'll buy a new engine.

I still haven't done anything with the motorbike in like a year. I'm looking to get it going again so I can ride it and a friend can my Tomos moped. I went looking for a 66cc cylinder and the only thing I can find is a topend from gasbike.net.
Do these needle bearing top ends have the same wrist pin diameter as the bushing motor that I have?
